1) The Seller agrees that upon conclusion of this Agreement, title to the goods shall be transferred to the Buyer.<\/p>


2) After conclusion of this Agreement, the Seller shall not be entitled for any reason whatsoever to demand a refund or an increase in the payment of the Purchase Amount.<\/p>


3) If, after the conclusion of this Agreement, the Seller breaches any of the warranties set out in clause 5, with or without the Seller's knowledge, without limiting any of its other rights and remedies and regardless of whether it has accepted or not, the BUYER may apply any one or more of the following remedies for the Goods:<\/p>


3.1. terminate this Contract (in whole or in part) and require the Seller to immediately refund the Purchase Amount of the relevant Goods;\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

3.2. reject the Goods (in whole or in part) and return them to the Seller at the Seller's risk and expense;<\/p>


3.3. To compensate the Seller for the loss and damage incurred by the Buyer in obtaining substitute goods from a third party.<\/p>


3.4. to claim compensation for any costs, losses or expenses incurred by the Buyer in the Seller's failure to fulfil its obligations or warranties under this Contract.<\/p>


4) The Seller represents and warrants that the following matters are provided and true when trading with the Buyer:<\/p>


a. The Seller is legally authorised to sell the Goods.<\/p>


b. The seller is at least 18 years old.<\/p>


c. The Seller is the sole legal and beneficial owner of the Goods;<\/span><\/p>


d. No one has any claim or right over the Goods<\/p>


e. The Seller has disclosed to the Buyer all matters which a prudent buyer would wish to know about the Goods.<\/span><\/p>


f. The goods subject to purchase are original branded products.<\/p>


g. The goods subject to purchase do not include counterfeit goods, stolen goods, lost goods or any criminal offence.<\/p>


h. The Seller has provided the Buyer with an original valid identity document.<\/p>


i. The Seller does not enter into this Agreement for any fraudulent purposes (illegal purposes or anything that the Buyer decides is fraudulent according to the norms, such as fraudulent monetisation of goods, withdrawals from credit cards and money laundering).<\/p>


j. All information and documents declared by the seller are correct.<\/p>


5) All disputes relating to the Agreement shall be governed by Turkish law and shall be settled by arbitration. The place of arbitration is Istanbul\/Turkey<\/p>


6)Negotiations or bargains made prior to the conclusion of the Contract shall not be binding on the Purchaser or the Sale.
